It is with great pleasure that I write to thank you for all your help in guiding me and my staff through various processes and operations of my facility and business.   Your years of experience in an allied field, coupled with being a veteran entrepreneur/business owner have given me the trust and confidence in your teachings.   You have helped me think outside the box and look differently at the way business needs to be run today.   I love the no nonsense approach and the way you, in some respects play devil’s advocate, look at situations and processes from different angles that I had not ever thought of nor heard before.   Since incorporating your strategies we are performing less billing, operating much more efficiently and margins are up.   Thank you for your guidance and friendship.   I look forward to learning more from you and becoming even more profitable.
