Seamus got his start in the world of business at the age of 19, when he suddenly became a father and husband with plenty of responsibilities. He began working in the family business at age 16, and by age 22, he was running the company with the help of his three employees with gross revenue of $500,000. Twenty three years later in 2007, he had grown his family business, boasting 50 employees and $ 5,000,000 in gross profits.

As a direct result of systemizing my business, I have been able to add 3 profitable divisions and acquire 3 companies in 4 years with zero dollars.”

Seamus prides himself in high moral and ethical values which were instilled in him by his parents James and Cecelia Warakomski.  He and his company have received various awards and recognitions, such as Corporation of the Year and Sales Person of the Year as well as citations for humanity from the state governor and city mayor. He has also received several other distinguishing awards from industry-related organizations and non-profits.

Seamus says his success as an entrepreneur is largely due to his ability as an implementer and somebody that follows a successful process to the letter without deviation. He then tracks, follows, and perfects that process. One of his favorite mottos” “perfect practice makes perfect.”
