Sessions We Offer

“Knowing your break even and selling at the right price.”
This break out is a 4 hour workshop that I like to run 1st thing in the morning 8:00 – 12:00. Participants will learn how to calculate their break even and ensure their desired profit margin. I will also have a flat rate pricing book that I have developed with NSPG, that will be available for their use to ease the implementation of up front menu pricing to their company.

"Seizing The Sale”
This break out is a step by step sales/service process on how to up sell in the home and differentiate yourself from the competition. They will learn how to use tools that we have developed over the years to overcome objections. 1 hour session.

“5 Principles of Growing Profits”
This break out will teach participants the fundamentals of growing their business and profits with 5 easy key performance indicators that they will learn to test and measure. They will then be taught how to massage those numbers to increase their profits. 3 hour session.

“First Impressions”
This breakout session teaches the importance of a 1st impression from a customer’s point of view and how to convert them in to a raving fan.   Participants will leave this sessions with the knowledge and skills to improve the first impressions their customers get from all employees up to the owner.
